Required:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Seven or more years of experience in core discipline.
 
Desired:           
  • Five or more years of experience in core discipline in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of business areas, especially those represented on team.
  • Experience leading information services projects.
  • Formal presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience developing applications and workflow design.

The role will be to perform as a team member on the Corporate Services team, concentrating on enterprise web-based programs as well as departmental systems. Key responsibilities are:

• Experience providing technical and end user suppor for Kronos suite of products, including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management and Analytics for Healthcre
• Experience with applying Kronos application patches investigating server issues
• System and security administration
• Program and report development
• System monitoring
• Responding to customer calls and offering effective solutions
• Provide proactive recommendations related to application and hardware upgrades
• Participation in upgrade projects

Required Skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or similar field
• Experience providing technical support to Kronos systems, including Workforce Timekeeper, Scheduling, Analytics and Absence Management (minimum of 5 years)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with users at all levels of the organization
• Ability to translate functional requirements in to automated solutions
• Experience with integration tools, such as Kronos’ WIM and ETL
• SQL proficiency
• Ability to learn and support new applications
