Develop and own mobile strategies for patients, physicians and employees. Manage 7 person mobile team consisting of a product manager and mobile developers. Represent mobile strategies to executive leadership. Subject matter expert in mobile projects. Can speak intelligently to leadership around what is required to deliver a specific project, as well as set expectations around costs and timing. Work across the organization to identify and prioritize mobile initiatives. This include Operations, Clinical leadership, Marketing, IT, Innovation, Finance and HR. Develop mobile business cases to meet business, marketing and financial goals. Develop implementation plans and budgets, including ROI models and long-term maintenance budget requirements. Socialize initiatives to clinical and operational leadership. Lead the project development and maintenance for mobile initiatives in partnership with business and technical stakeholders. Develop product roadmaps and prioritization process. 

Ensure consistent on-time delivery of scheduled app releases. Measure post-delivery performance and continually optimize mobile evolution based on the performance. Able to determine which initiatives require support from additional teams within the organization to ensure success. Responsible for clear communication and updates on the status of all projects. Work in partnership with agency, vendors and/or stakeholders to ensure financial steps are met and that the project budget is tracking versus estimation. Establish and own relationships and budgets with external agencies, technology developers and vendors. AA/EOE.

Required: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. 
  • 10+ years relevant experience, preferably in technology areas (software development, system implementations, mobile app development) and digital agency/consulting.
  • Experience leading Mobile app development and mobile team management. 
  • Experience managing complex products (preferably in Healthcare) through a product development lifecycle. 
  • Competent understanding of waterfall and agile methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (Project, etc.) 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written, including formal presentations and facilitation of group planning sessions. 
  • Experience with analytics, forecasting and developing business cases. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skill, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and build effective working relationships with groups at all levels. 
  • Ability to communicate project needs to team members effectively. 
  • Excellent time/project management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and with high level of accuracy. 

Preferred:  
  • Experience within Healthcare, major consumer brand or large corporate environment. 
  • Experience with Healthcare business processes and technologies, specifically Epic and MyChart. 
  • Experience working with mobile devices and technologies including iOS and Android. 
  • Google Analytics. 
  • Experience with Bootstrap or another, similar framework.
