Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

 

Experience:  2 years of medical-surgical experience or similar nursing experience

 

Credentials:  Current, valid license as a registered professional nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois

Completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support within 30 days of employment with re-certification every two years

 

Skills:  Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with home care team.

Exhibits effective communication skills.

Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.

Computer documentation.

 

Additional Requirements:  Current, valid state of Illinois driver’s license.

Current valid car insurance for $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Physical ability to provide care in patients’ homes.
