The Physician Recruitment Specialist will work as an assistant to the physician recruiter and physician services department by providing full cycle recruiting activities within a time sensitive, highly professional environment. Tracks and centralizes all CV’s received by the Physician Services department. Knowledge of full cycle provider recruitment including sourcing, hiring process, credentialing, and onboarding. Prepare and maintain comprehensive profile of open opportunities, post and update positions. Facilitate itinerary planning for candidate site visits including outlook invitations, schedule of the day, appropriate planning of travel, accommodations and other tasks associated with site visits. Assists recruiter with creation of written and visual materials as needed. Working knowledge of Practicelink and other physician focused databank tools. When required, assists in the onboarding processing of newly hired Regional Medical Group physicians including tracking of pre-hire physicals, lab coat orders, email announcements, new hire deadlines and additional responsibilities as assigned. Prepare recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Provide Regional Medical Group support with new hire orientation, including securing conference room space, updating of itineraries for the day or orientation, flash drives and other materials required for day of orientation. Required: Bachelor’s degree or business equivalent and 5 years’ experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience in healthcare industry recruitment and proficiency in creatively sourcing talent. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Very strong communication skills, written and oral. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to prioritize workload independently and respond to multiple tasks simultaneously. Desired: Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with direct physician contact.
