ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Documentation Review Clinician requires knowledge of the OASIS and regulatory requirements for documentation to meet the Conditions of Participation for Home Health.  It also requires clinical knowledge which aligns with the Plan of Care. This position will require critical thinking, organizational and project management skills as this position is responsible for the oversight of documentation, education and mentoring of a significant employee group in order to comply with CMS regulations. EOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans. VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required:  Lic RN or Lic PT.  Minimum of one year of previous clinical experience in the home health.  BLS.  Lic Drive.  Desired: BSN for nursing as applicable.  3 plus years of previous clinical experience in the acute or home setting.
