Complete Analytics orientation and training programs and demonstrate technical competencies through evaluations of skills and knowledge of SQL Server (querying & reporting), R (statistical analysis), Tableau (data visualization) and other technologies to be determined. Participate in various development opportunities including shadowing clinical areas, attending leadership meetings, etc. Complete ad hoc data and report requests utilizing curated data assets in Enterprise Data Warehouse with guidance from Manager, Analytics. Conduct training on Analytics tools to customers via classroom, one-on-one and online interactions. Support documentation activities of analytics tools and information assets. Perform data & report validation and review to ensure integrity of Analytics tools. Collaborate with Analytics staff in special projects as assigned. EOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans. Required:
  • Full-time enrollment in undergraduate program in engineering, business, public health or other relevant field of study.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for working in healthcare.
 
Desired:
  • Experience with relational database such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server.
  • Experience with any programming language.
  • Coursework in statistics, computer science.
